본 개인 정보 보호 정책 ("정책")은 GOB Universal Foundation("회사")가 회사 MAROO Wallet 사용자를 위한 정책입니다.

서비스를 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 정책 및 회사의 이용 약관의 조건에 동의하고 본 정책에 설명된 대로 이용자의 정보를 수집, 사용, 공개 및 보유하는 데 동의합니다.

본 개인 정보 보호 정책 또는 회사의 사용 약관의 일부에 동의한 경우에만 본 서비스를 사용하십시오.

1. 회사가 이용자로부터 수집하는 정보

거래에 관한 네트워크 정보
귀하의 이메일 주소와 같은 연락처 정보
설문 조사에 대한 응답에서 제공 한 정보와 같은 피드백 및 서신, 시장 조사 활동에 참여하거나, 서비스 문제를 보고하거나, 고객 지원을 받거나, 회사와 통신 할 때
이용자가 서비스를 사용하고 회사와 상호 작용하는 방법에 대한 정보와 같은 사용 정보
마케팅 커뮤니케이션 수신에 대한 이용자의 선호도 및 이용자가 참여하는 방법에 대한 세부 정보와 같은 마케팅 정보

2. 개인 정보의 사용

회사는 다음과 같은 용도로 이용자의 개인 정보를 사용합니다.

이용자가 서비스에 액세스하고 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위해
이용자가 요청할 수 있는 제품 및 서비스를 제공하기 위해
확인, 기술 통지, 업데이트, 보안 경고, 지원 및 관리 메시지를 포함한 정보를 보내기 위해

1) 법률을 준수하기 위해

회사는 소환장 또는 정부 당국의 요청에 대응하는 것과 같은 법률, 합법적 요청 및 법적 절차를 준수하는 데 필요하거나 적절하다고 판단되는 귀하의 개인 정보를 사용합니다.

2) 당신과 의사 소통하기 위해

회사는 이용자의 개인 정보를 사용하여 회사와 회사가 선택한 파트너가 제공하는 제품 및 서비스에 대한 프로모션, 예정된 이벤트 및 기타 뉴스를 전달합니다.

3) 플랫폼 최적화

5) 규정 준수, 사기 방지 및 안전을 위해

회사는 사기, 무단 또는 불법 활동으로부터 보호, 조사 및 방지하기 위해 이용자의 개인 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다.

6) 개인 정보 공유

회사는 본 개인 정보 보호 정책에 설명된 경우를 제외하고 이용자가 제공한 개인 정보를 이용자의 명시적 동의없이 다른 조직과 공유하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 당사는 다음과 같은 상황에서 개인 정보를 제3자에게 공개합니다.

계열사 : 회사는 본 개인 정보 보호 정책에 부합하는 목적으로 귀하의 개인 정보를 당사의 자회사 및 기업 계열사에 공개할 수 있습니다.
사업 양도 : 회사는 사업 또는 자산의 전부 또는 일부를 판매 또는 양도하는 것과 관련하여 사업 거래를 하거나 사업 거래를 협상 할 때 개인 정보를 공유 할 수 있습니다. 이러한 거래에는 합병, 자금 조달, 인수 또는 파산 거래 또는 절차가 포함될 수 있습니다.
법률 및 법 집행 준수, 보호 및 안전 : 법적, 보호 및 안전 목적을 위해 개인 정보를 공유 할 수 있습니다.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is the policy of the GOB Universal Foundation (“Company”) for its corporate MAROO Wallet users.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy and the Company's Terms of Use, and consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your information as described in this Policy.

Please use the Service only if you agree to part of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.

1. Information the company collects from users

Network information about transactions
Contact information, such as your email address
Feedback and correspondence, such as information provided in response to surveys, when participating in market research activities, reporting service issues, obtaining customer support, or communicating with the Company
Usage information, such as information about how users use the Services and interact with the Company
Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage

2. Use of personal information

The company uses users' personal information for the following purposes

To enable users to access and use the Services
To provide products and services that users can request
To send you information, including confirmations, technical notifications, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages

1) To comply with the law

We will use your personal information as we deem necessary or appropriate to comply with laws, legitimate requests and legal process, such as responding to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

2) To communicate with you

The company uses your personal information to deliver promotions, upcoming events and other news about products and services offered by the company and its partners selected by the company.

3) Platform optimization

To optimize your user experience, we may use your personal information to operate, maintain and improve our Services. We may also use your information to respond to your comments and questions about the service, and to provide your inquiries without personal information to other users as general customer service content.

4) With your consent

The Company may use or share the user's personal information with the user's consent if the company instructs the user to take certain actions with respect to his/her personal information or gives permission to opt in to third-party marketing communications.

5) For compliance, fraud prevention and safety

Company may use your personal information to protect, investigate and prevent fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity.

6) Sharing personal information

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, the Company does not share or sell personal information provided by users with other organizations without the user's approval. We disclose personal information to third parties in the following circumstances.

Affiliates: Company may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries and corporate affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Business Transfers: Company may share personal information when conducting or negotiating a business transaction in connection with the sale or transfer of all or part of its business or assets. Such transactions may include mergers, financing, acquisitions, or bankruptcy transactions or proceedings.
Law and Law Enforcement Compliance, Protection and Safety: Company may share personal information for legal, protection and safety purposes.
Company may share information to comply with the law.
Company may share information in response to legitimate requests and legal process.
Company may share information to protect the rights and property of our company, agents, customers and others. This includes the enforcement of contracts, policies and terms of use.
Company can share information in case of emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, customers or anyone else.
Professional Advisors and Service Providers: The Company may share information with the people it needs to work for its users. These recipients may include third party companies and individuals (such as customer support, hosting, email forwarding and database management services), lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurance companies that administer and provide services on our behalf.
Other: Users may allow us to share your personal information with other companies or entities of your choosing. Such use is subject to the recipient subject's or subject's privacy policy.

In order to protect users and their data, the company may suspend users' use of services without notice while waiting for investigation if a security vulnerability is suspected.

3. Select and change information

You may access the information you voluntarily provide through your account on the Service and may review, correct, or delete it by sending a request to privacy@gangnam.finance. You can request changes to your contact selection, opt out of sharing with others, and update your personal information and preferences.

このサービスを利用することで、この方針の条項と当社の条項に同意し、この方針に記載されているようにユーザーの情報を収集、使用、開示、及び保有することに同意します。

このプライバシーポリシー又は会社の利用規約の一部に同意する場合にのみこのサービスを使用してください。

1. 会社がユーザーから収集する情報

トランザクションに関するネットワーク情報
ユーザーのEメールアドレスなどの連絡先情報
市場調査に対する答えで提供した情報のようなフィードバックやお便り、市場調査活動に参加したり、サービス問題を報告したり、顧客サービスを受けたり、会社と通信する時、
ユーザーがサービスを使用し会社と相互作用する方法に対する情報のような使用情報
マーケティングコミュニケーションを受信に対するユーザーのお好み及びユーザーが参加する方法に対する詳しい情報のようなに参加する方法に関する詳細などのマーケティング情報

2. 個人情報の使用

会社は以下の目的でユーザーの個人情報を使用します。

ユーザーがサービスにアクセスして使用することを許可するため
ユーザーがリクエストができる製品及びサービスを提供するため
確認、技術通知、更新、セキュリティ警告、サポート及び管理メッセージなど含め情報を送信

1) 法律を遵守するため

会社は、召喚状や政府当局からの要請に対応するなど、法律、合法的要請、法的手続きに従うために必要又は適切であると判断された個人情報を使用します。

2) ユーザーと通信するため

会社は、利用者の個人情報を使用し、会社及び会社が選択したパートナーが提供する製品及びサービスに関するプロモーション、予定イベント、及びその他のニュースを提供します。

3) プラットフォームの最適化

会社は、詐欺、不正行為、又は違法な活動から保護、調査及び防止するために、ユーザーの個人情報を使用することができます。
